Sarah, on the other hand, spent a decade practicing law before co-founding CHOP. Her legal background not only contributes to the business's strategic foundation but also reflects her commitment to excellence and attention to detail. Together, Steve and Sarah form a dynamic duo that blends the artistry of traditional barbering with a modern, entrepreneurial spirit. Their unique blend of skills has been instrumental in establishing CHOP Barbershop as a place where expertise and innovation converge to redefine the grooming experience.

Working alongside our Chief Financial Officer, Jesse works to provide essential support to finance our teams by assisting with financial reporting, data analysis and budgeting tasks. In addition to working at CHOP, she is also pursuing further education to support her role in the company.

With 15 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist, Nicole Robinson has been a dedicated staff member of the CHOP Barbershop team since 2016. Known for being creative, inspiring, and passionate about client care, she is committed to a professional, customer-focused approach to every aspect of the business. Now, as the Franchise Support Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to the corporate office, Nicole is excited to help drive the continued growth and success of CHOP Barbershop while ensuring seamless operations behind the scenes.

Stephanie Springer
IT and Operations Coordinator
Licensed in hair since 2006, Stephanie has nearly 20 years of industry experience, including over 14 years in management and operations. She was a key player in the growth and development of a locally owned barbershop in Nashville that started with one location in 2014 and has since expanded to eight locations. In addition, she has managed with two other franchise companies and owned two businesses of her own. She is committed to helping Franchisees succeed and growing a business of their own.

FRANCHISE SALES
As both a CHOP franchisee and a seasoned sales professional, Adam Allenspach brings a wealth of experience to CHOP’s franchise sales team. Currently serving as a Regional Vice President for Merit Medical Supply, Adam has a long and successful history in sales, relationship-building, and business development. His firsthand experience as a CHOP owner gives him unique insight into what it takes to run a successful shop, making him the perfect resource for potential franchisees. We’re lucky to have him on board to help others discover the opportunity to own their own CHOP Barbershop!
