Throughout this period, we provide comprehensive training to the manager, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to operate the store as if they were the owner.

Once the manager feels confident in their abilities and the store reaches a sufficient level of profitability, we facilitate their transition from manager to franchisee. This transition allows the manager to purchase the store and officially become a CHOP franchise owner. By the time they take over ownership, they have already gained extensive experience and are well-prepared to lead their business to continued success.
